Store Manager
We are seeking experienced professionals for our Oceanside store with a solid background in Retail Management, preferably in the cosmetic-beauty industry. Job responsibilities include the following; hiring, supervising 5-12 staff members, overseeing daily store operations, store merchandising activities, controlling cash and shrinkage procedures and meeting sales goals. Qualified candidates must have strong leadership and communication skills with a minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
Beauty Advisors-Skin Care Specialists-Make Up Specialists
Positons for all three locations: Solana Beach,
Oceanside and Palm Desert stores. As a Beauty Advisor, Skin Care Specialist or Make Up Specialist your major responsibility is to demonstrate excellent customer service and outstanding product knowledge. Continued product education offered. Must be professional, teamwork oriented and enjoy working with people. Qualified candidates must have a solid background in the Retail Beauty-Cosmetic Industry.
