How do I return or exchange an item?

Return the merchandize within 30 days of your invoice date
1. Phone our customer service number at (760) 804-5848 to receive a "Return Authorization Number" for your item.
2. Mail the return item back to "KAMAY's Return Department"-with the "Return Authorization Number" printed clearly on the return slip you received with your order.

How can I track my order?

There is a tracking number on each order, and by clicking on the tracking number, you will see the detail tracking information on the USPS, or UPS shipping sites. |
